These cards are 100% plastic. They are tear-resistant, and Water proof. Full color printing is enabled, and the material is sturdy and unique. They are 30PT thick(30mil or 0.03"), credit card thickness. These are covered in 40% white ink, to make the entire card look frosted. White ink can be added anywhere you like. You can make a card that is completely remarkable!

We need your artwork to be a minimum 400 dpi, in a PDF/AI/PSD, CMYK file. We need 0.125" inch bleeds for full bleed designs. Total size of business card needs to be 3.75"x2.25". Original PSD or AI file with all layers preferred, fonts outlined or rasterized. Please send white ink or foil mask in K=100 as a separate file or layer. Make sure foil areas are line artwork or simple design. This can be printed with white ink. We can also add metallic foil accents in gold and iridiscent/hologram silver. We can do any die cut shape, add matte varnish, square corners, double sided printing as a custom order!
